Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a paid report. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, billing support, and handles returns.

One-Time Digital Purchase
Our product is a one-time digital purchase. Customers pay once for each AI-assisted medical bill review report. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
Payments, order processing, invoices, taxes, and refunds are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
14-Day Refund / Withdrawal Right
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content or digital service purchases within 14 days from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a refund, customers must contact Paddle through the refund/request options provided in their Paddle purchase receipt or through Paddle Buyer Support.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's country.
Digital Delivery
After a successful payment, the customer receives digital access to an AI-assisted medical bill review report based on the uploaded documents.
Because this is a digital service, once the report has been generated, accessed, used, or made available to the customer, refund eligibility may depend on Paddle's Refund Policy, applicable law, and the specific circumstances of the request.
Product Limitations
The service is an informational AI-assisted review tool only. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, insurance advice, or financial advice. It does not guarantee that any medical bill contains an error, that any charge will be reduced, or that the customer will receive a refund or reimbursement from a provider or insurer.
Technical Issues
If a customer experiences a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased report, they should contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer may request a refund through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
